Free and Reduced Meals
PROGRAM EXTENSION
USDA has extended the Summer Feeding Program for the 2021-2022 school year, to provide one breakfast and one lunch to all students free of charge*.
* Second meals and ala carte items are not included and must be paid for at the time of service.
However, this extension has made it more important than ever that ALL FAMILIES FILL OUT an online meal application so those additional benefits are not lost.
Benefits include:
Pandemic EBT (P-EBT)
Funding for student programs and services
Reduced registration fees for AP, SAT and/or ACT tests
Free or discounted athletic fees
Discounted college application fees
Eligibility for lower rates on internet service
Free or reduced prices on meals
In order for the district to release eligibility information to any third-party vendor (for P-EBT, discounted testing and/or registration fees, or internet service), parental consent MUST be on file with the Child Nutrition Services department.
