- jreinhardt@havasu.k12.az.us Coursework and study will focus on business and consumer roles in the global economy, the functioning of economic systems in the current and future markets, entrepreneurship in the age of the internet, and the ever-changing realm of business law. Expanded coursework covering accounting and financial analyses, as well as business and personal investing will be tasked. Students will participate in business operations simulations as well as complete a ground up E-commerce project. Extensive utilization of the Internet, Email, and Bulletin Boards/Forums will take place in exploring the importance of customer service. Students will read current magazine and journal articles related to businesses, business law, ethics, current events/trends, and legal topics. Students will be able complete and solve complex problems and use higher- thinking skills regarding the world of business.
